At Dewaru, we believe skincare is personal.
Because of hygiene and product safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products.
That said — if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or leaking, we’ll make it right.
Eligible For Replacement / Refund
You are eligible if:

Your order arrived damaged or leaking

The product was missing from your package

The item arrived in unusable condition
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the product received
Once verified, we’ll offer either:

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Products tested after delivery

Skincare works differently for every skin type.
We always recommend patch testing before full use.
Refund Timelines
If approved, refunds are processed within:

5–7 business days for prepaid orders

COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI
