Return & Refund Policy

At Dewaru, we believe skincare is personal.
Because of hygiene and product safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used skincare products.

That said — if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or leaking, we’ll make it right.

Eligible For Replacement / Refund

You are eligible if:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order arrived damaged or leaking

  • The product was missing from your package

  • The item arrived in unusable condition

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear unboxing photos/videos

  • Photos of the product received

Once verified, we’ll offer either:

  • a replacement, or

  • a full refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used products

  • Products tested after delivery

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Skin purging or individual skin reactions

Skincare works differently for every skin type.
We always recommend patch testing before full use.

Refund Timelines

If approved, refunds are processed within:

  • 5–7 business days for prepaid orders

  • COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI

Every bottle sold by Dewaru is:

  • 100% authentic

  • sourced from official Korean suppliers

  • batch verified before dispatch
